20 Drills that Prove the New Enemy is the American People

Out of 47 “scenarios” being practiced by first responders during Urban Shield 2013 this October 25 – 28 in the San Francisco Bay Area, at least 20 of them are “domestic” – either stated explicitly, or implied (see below in BOLD CAPS) – and possibly more.

Overall, the scenarios vary widely in scope – up to and including “odor investigation” – but the “domestic terrorists” are generally characterized as being anything from “anarchists” (Tea Partiers? Christians? Patriots?) to “homegrown” terrorists (recent American-Moslem converts duped into FBI-sting operations?)

Interesting to note that, as of this writing, the English “Urban Shield” Wikipedia entry has disappeared… but you can still get it in French. (Too bad for you if you don’t read French.)

However, there is still a brief mention of Urban Shield in the English Wikipedia entry for the Alameda County Sheriff’s Office (ASCO).

According to Wikipedia’s ASCO entry, Urban Shield is the largest urban “SWAT” exercise in America. Always held in autumn, it provides “opportunities” for first-responder teams from all over the nation to train in what appears to be mostly “terrorist” scenarios.

(As an aside – since I scan the news feeds daily – I’ve been noticing variations of ALL these “scenarios” making the news on a regular basis, including recently locking down an entire school district in Richmond, California due to an “odor investigation”… for an odor which turned out to be from a smelly barge starting its engine several miles outside the city limits. Oh, the hysteria.)

You should also be pleased and comforted to note that among the many “public/private partners” (and corporate sponsors) taking part in this year’s Urban Shield will be the Boy Scouts, FedEx and Verizon Wireless.

And, in addition to the 18 federal agencies listed (including Louisiana State University?), there will also be 12 foreign countries keeping us safe from domestic terrorists: Israel, Brazil, Guam, Israeli Yamam, Norway, Switzerland, France, Jordan, Bahrain, Singapore, Canada and Qatar.

With all this “help” – in what is turning out to be a huge multi-billion dollar industry – it makes you wonder who is keeping us safe from the “helpers?”

UFO Crash Drills Continue In UK Schools

In what’s become something of a routine project in British schools, children arrived for class at York’s Clifton with Rawcliffe Primary School on Sept 13 of this year to be surprised by a “close encounter.” A mock alien craft had been arranged to look as if it had crash-landed in their playground, and the children were encouraged to share their experience afterward. Naturally, everything was well documented.

On October 1 of this year, another UFO crash drill was held at North Harringay primary school, in London.

According to the York Press, the surprise crash scene included “police tape, a NASA investigation unit and a small silver craft billowing smoke and resting on the grass opposite the main entrance to the school.”

Teen actors from a nearby school were asked to be at the scene and claim to have seen extraterrestrials exit the crashed ship. Other players included local police who asked questions of “witnesses” and cordoned off the area; and members of the press who said they were sent to report on the “crash.” Adding to the realism was the presence of BBC Look North’s Phil Bodmer (whose son attends the school), who was there with a BBC cameraman reporting on the incident.

The North Harringay program was similar. Children arrived at the school to find a crashed saucer in the campus. According to the Tottenham and Wood Green Journal, the scene included a forensic officer inspecting the UFO “while police closely guarded the scene, which was roped off while investigations took place.”

According to Clifton with Rawcliffe Primary School’s head teacher Chris Wigley, the day-long UFO drill was intended to spark the children’s imagination prior to moving into a wider lesson on space. It was also “to test the youngsters’ investigative skills.”

In the recent years, school children across Britain have been surprised with crashed “spacecraft” in the school yard, complete with officers explaining what would take place at a such a scene — hypothetically of course. In October of 2010, for example, the Weston Mercury reported that officers at one UFO drill showed the children how to secure the scene, how to gather evidence, and how to interview witnesses.

Widespread Terror Drills Prevail Across America

Feds move past vague terror threats and towards an accelerated occupation of America.

The federal government is now conducting nationwide “terrorist response drills” to further condition the public into believing that security theatre such as the NSA’s warrantless surveillance “keeps us safe.”

In Indiana, a joint operation of over 5,000 military and civilian first responders are running a drill in response to a simulated “nuclear terrorist attack” in Columbus, Ohio.

The drill, named Exercise Vibrant Response, is supervised by the U.S. Northern Command and led by U.S. Army North.

Vibrant Response utilizes at least 300 actors and 200 mannequins filling in as victims:

The Indiana drill concludes on August 17.

In North Dakota, local, state and federal entities are performing a simulation in which terrorists steal radiation devices during the World Energy Forum.

This drill takes place at several locations such as the Moorhead High School, the FargoDome, and local hospitals.

The numerous agencies involved include the FBI, the North Dakota Highway Patrol, and the North Joint Operations Center.

Last week, we reported on the Austin, Texas terror drill conducted in response to a vague DHS terror alert.

Media outlets were forced to cover the reported terrorist threat after Infowars broke the news on the special threat advisory.

“According to anonymous reporting, a group of trained terrorists are planning to conduct attacks in Austin, Texas and Pasadena, California at the conclusion of the Ramadan period,” the advisory read.

The document, given to Austin area law enforcement, further stated that the unspecified terrorists could bomb Sixth Street, a popular nightlife venue in Austin.

These “terror response” drills come in the wake of the Obama Administration’s recent closing of U.S. embassies due to a “terror threat,” which a high-ranking Yemeni security official said had “no basis in fact,” as reported by Paul Joseph Watson.

The official said that the U.S. embassy terror threat was an attempt to sway the public’s opinion on the expansion of unpopular American drone strikes.

Since the late 1990s, Alex Jones has documented massive urban warfare exercises involving foreign troops on American soil.

These operations even included how to control and detain the American people.

Make no mistake, the federal response drills are designed to exaggerate terrorist threats in America in order to justify the future expansion of federal powers at the expense of our rights.
