Kelly Osbourne was officially secured her title as the Princess of Darkness of Halloween as she dressed up as the telekinetic teen Carrie from the remake starring Chloe Grace Moretz! Hopefully that wasn’t actually pig’s blood she was using. That, or she uses a Dry Cleaners that doesn’t ask questions about blood stains! Kelly was also attending Adam Lambert’s Halloween bash at Bootsy Bellows in West Hollywood with her date, fiance Matthew Mosshart!
