I have a few foods I don"t consume so I"m able to make sure my prostate remains in good health. The secret is to eat natural food only and avoid unnatural food. It is OK to consume some fat but select healthy fat such as olive oil, sesame oil, marg. Forget about butter though you can think it is better tasting than margarine. Your wellbeing is so very much more vital.

Avoid consumingg fatty meat like pork chops. Not only it will enhance the health of your prostate, you may shed the pounds and reduce your waist size. A smaller waistline is linked with better staying power and better prostate health. If you can become a vegan then go for it. Drinks to Avoid

Dairy Products
