Ever wonder how Carrie Underwood stays in shape and keeps that killer body? Well, luckily the country star is sharing her secrets and it doesn’t include trainers or any crazy diet! Carrie tells December’s Redbook Mag that she keeps a journal to track how much food she’s eating to avoid overeating. Carrie says, “I can eat a lot. Mike and I were in Italy for 10 days and I put on eight pounds. So in real life, I have to make sure I’m not eating just to eat.” Check out more of the 30-year-old’s interview here!
