While everyone is waiting for Kim Kardashian to show off her body after baby, right now it’s an 8 months pregnant bare belly that she’s putting on display, that and some of the most creepy photos we’ve seen of the reality star. Chanel designer Karl Lagerfeld shot the fashion spread in May for CR Fashion Book, the new mag from Vogue Paris’ former editor Carine Roitfeld. But what we found really creepy are the shots of Kim with red jam painted all over her lips. And the behind-the-scenes video makes it all the more dramatic.
