Divorced mothers who protect their sons from abuse by a gay father

are deemed “crazy” by the courts and denied custody and access.

When Caren Ragan, left, tried to take her son away, she was hunted

down like a terrorist and jailed. She says 2.2 million mothers have been

denied access to their sons.

The media and our government has been turning a blind eye to the plight of our children.

During my divorce I was threatened with losing custody if I didn’t agree to 50/50 custody so he could pay less child support.

I agreed for I feared my husband would hurt me after he exposed me and my unborn child to AIDS without my knowledge through sexual activities

He was a wealthy man and didn’t want to let go of control and began a campaign of psychological abuse using my child as a pawn

My 11 year old son reported that his father’s gay lover was massaging him in bed with his underwear on, and that he no longer wanted to visit his father’s house while this man was there as he gave him the creeps and hated him.

I tried to speak to father, but he said he wanted his son to get used to another man touching him, that it was natural.

My attorney brought this to judge’s attention and was immediately shutdown. Judge wrote an order stating I was a liar and she didn’t believe anything, and she wouldn’t let me or my son testify anymore even though he was 11-years-old.

My son who was a big boy started to have physical fights with his father on his days of visitation as he didn’t want to be around his boyfriend

I was called into court on two hours notice while my attorney was out of town, locked in the judges chambers, accused of being crazy. My ex and his three lawyers testified against me, and the judge wouldn’t allow me one one word in my defence.

At that point out of sheer desperation and in fear for the damage to my son as his father threatened that if he ever spoke about the massages again, his mother would go to jail and he would be put in foster care I offered to give his father custody as that was the only way I could think of protecting him from his father putting him in foster care or worse.

In the end I wasn’t found crazy, but was accused of Parent Alienation, even though the man my son was complaining about wasn’t his father, but his gay lover.

The judge told me he was a dictator and didn’t have to follow any of the laws of the USA and that my son needed to get used to a homosexual lifestyle, and he then ordered no contact between me and my son.

My son begged me to help him, so we ran away. Bounty hunters were hired; private investigators followed my entire family; all our phones were tapped; my families bank accounts were frozen, and my parents mail was censored through the police before they could receive it.

Finally in Feb 11, 2002 I was placed on FBI 10 most wanted list with Osama bin Laden.

I returned myself and my son after judge was removed from my case for bias, but it was too late, as one judge tried to protect the actions of the other judges.

I admitted to running away with my child “interference with child custody” and was told I could use a defense of necessity.

When it came time for my criminal trial the judge asked jurors back in 2006 if anyone didn’t believe in gay marriage, those who didn’t were immediately dismissed from my case. Only five women were picked, none of them having children and one man with one child.

The judge never allowed me my defence of necessity as to why I was scared for the life of my child and my life, so without hearing that important evidence or course they had to find me guilty. Again the judge was promoting a homosexual agenda, stating I had no right in deciding how my child should be raised and it was normal for fathers to touch their children sexually.

One of the jurors ended up being the best friend of the gay lover that touched my child, and the judge kept this information hidden from us. I was found guilty and given a 30 month prison sentence.

After everyone left the courtroom the judge told my lawyer and the prosecutor to make a “special deal” with me so that I would give up my appeal. Only after much convincing from my family did I give up my right to appeal. As the judge had legally erred 39 times went to jail for six months, spent four years on house arrest and was denied no contact with my son who kept asking for me.

My case is not unusual as of this writing 2.2 million moms have been ordered no contact with their children. Many of these moms came from middle to upper income, were well educated, stay at home moms and had controlling wealthy husbands who were in charge of the finances.

My son testified against me after his father actually put him into foster care in order to make sure my son would be scared to death to tell the truth. Nancy Grace did a small section on this trial, wondering why I was put on trial.

I am a libertarian and if you worry about Obama not following the law, surely this can’t be a surprise by now. Little by little our government has been trying it’s best to take control over our children. If you think losing your doctor or healthcare is bad, imagine losing your child. This is it folks our government is already starting the practices of Nazi Germany and no one wants to see it.

As my daughter who is a lawyer stated to me, why does Obama care about the children of immigrants and allow them to break the law, but a USA mother who tries to protect her own child no one is willing to ignore the law. Quite the contrary, how dare she buck the government and save her child, what right does she have.

Enclosed is a small TV interview, and my website www.protectingmychild.org. As a Jew I ask you not to ignore this story. How many more children must be devastated, harmed, sexually abused and killed before one person in the media is willing to do an investigative report?

I think our government has reached it’s tipping point.

Raveena and Rohit stood quietly at one corner of the protest venue, unlike their other friends who shouted slogans. Some of Rohit’s friends tried to coax them to join the chorus but they were not keen to join them. Their mood on Wednesday evening was completely transformed from that morning when they were on the Supreme Court’s lawn in New Delhi, where they were involved in an animated conversation with other gay and lesbian activists waiting for the landmark verdict from the apex court on whether Section 377 criminalizes same sex alliances or not.

But the highest court’s judgement on Wednesday morning, that gay sex would remain illegal in India, came as a huge setback for Raveena and Rohit who were planning to legalize their relationship. The Supreme Court overturned a four-year-old judgement of the Delhi High Court that legalized same-sex marriage in 2009. With new decision India has once again criminalized gay sex under Section 377. The verdict means that Raveena and Rohit as well as many others cannot think of settling down as a couple and if they do so they might be sent to jail for ten years and possibly for life in some cases.

The court left the decision to abolish or alter Section 377 to the wisdom of India’s legislators.

“With the verdict, our relationship not only becomes suspect but criminal in the eyes of the law. Suddenly the apex court, which is the guardian of freedom of expression and liberty, has made our existence illegal and taken away whatever liberty and freedom we used to have. It’s a very sad day in my life. I didn’t feel that devastated when my family threw me out for my orientation few years ago. The court has really orphaned me and deeply saddened me,” says Raveena.

Immediately after the verdict the gay community in Delhi held a press conference and condemned the “inhuman” and “unconstitutional” decision of the court.

Speaking with The Diplomat, Anand Grover, senior counsel who fought the case on behalf of the sexual minority said that “the judgement is very disappointing. It took the Supreme Court 21 months to tell the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) community that they are criminals in the eyes of the law. The movement for LGBT equality is unstoppable. We will be filing a review of the decision soon in the court.”

The anger and frustration spilled over onto the streets by the evening. Not only did the LGBT community turn up in substantial numbers but also several women right’s activists came to express solidarity with the community.

“The judgement has taken us several decades back. The feminist movement is fighting against exclusion, patriarchy, discrimination and violence. The judgement exposes the LGBT to that,” feels Shehla Rashid, a young activist who came alone all the way from Jawaharlal Nehru University to express solidarity with the disenchanted community. Speaking with The Diplomat she further adds that “the apex court cannot shy away from deciding issues related to fundamental rights. Leaving such a crucial question to the goodwill of parliamentarians, many of whom are not trained in human rights, exposes the gay community to the immense risk of discrimination.”

Despite the broad criticisms, the religious leaders who were petitioners in the case welcomed the verdict.

In an interview with The Diplomat, the yoga guru, Ramdev, who has been a vocal critic of the High Court order in 2009, said that “same sex unions are unethical,unscientific, unsocial and unconstitutional and by criminalizing it the court has taken a historical decision.”

But if one goes by media reports and reactions, the overwhelming majority of Indians have been very critical of the court’s ruling. The ruling has been dominating the headlines and a majority of editorials have questioned the wisdom of the Supreme Court in this landmark judgement. Calling the ruling a “betrayal,” the Indian Express writes that the “Supreme Court has thrown away the opportunity to defend sexual freedom, uphold human rights. It is simply the refusal to extend constitutional protections to some Indian citizens, on the basis of their sexual activity.”

The Hindu called it “a retrograde decision” and writes that the verdict has “enthroned medieval prejudice and dealt a body blow to liberal values and human rights.”

For the first time, some political parties have come out in support of gay rights in India. The ruling Congress has decried the SC’s mandate and termed the decision unfortunate. The top leadership of the party, led by its president Sonia Gandhi, said that “Parliament will address the issue and uphold the Constitutional guarantee of life and liberty to all citizens.” Similar sentiments have been expressed by Rahul Gandhi, the Vice President and prime ministerial candidate of the party. Criticizing the judgement, he said that “the country is known for freedom of expression.”

Some news reports suggest that the government is planning to bring an ordinance soon to abrogate Section 377, a colonial-era law passed in 1860. But in a fractured polity, where the Hindu right-wing Bhartiya Janata Party is on an upswing, gaining parliamentary approval to reverse this landmark change will not be that easy.

Ravenna and Rohit are concerned about their future, but they are not afraid. ”It was not possible to get public support on this issue with the same vigour as is happening now. We don’t intend to go underground. We will defy the system and live together,” says Rohit.

Did a quick search and I found a few threads on this subject… but they were all a few years old…

After decades of passionate debate, parents probably missed the repeated admissions by drug companies and governments alike that vaccines do in fact cause autism. For concerned parents seeking the truth, it’s worth remembering that the exact same people who own the world’s drug companies also own America’s news outlets. Finding propaganda-free information has been difficult, until now.

We’ve all heard the rumours… well in the past few months courts from several different countries have confirmed it… it is a fact that vaccines can cause horrible debilitating effects

In fact… In the past thirty years ( according to this article) Children and the parents of have been awarded millions of dollars in damages from lawsuits because these vaccines have caused so much harm… up to and including brain damage… :O

Dr. Wakefield himself reiterates the final conclusion of the courts in various countries, but censored by the world’s media outlets saying:

Now everyone knows… OR at least anyone who bothers to read this article… Vaccines cause more harm then good…

Don’t get them… ITs just too much of a risk…

Big Pharma is not your friend.. They don’t test their products as much as they should, and they throw them out there fully knowing they cause harm because the money they will make from the product FAR out weighs the lawsuits.

And I was astonished by this and I said to Dr Elizabeth Miller of the Health Protection Agency, ‘why would you do this, if your principal concern is to protect children from serious infectious disease? Why would you remove an option from parents who are legitimately concerned about the safety of MMR?’ And her answer was extraordinary. She said to me, ‘if we allow parents the option of single vaccines, it would destroy our MMR program.’ In other words, her principal concern seemed to be full protection of the MMR program and not protection of children.”

Hear that??!?!

Egypt courts hear cases against Mubarak, Islamists

CAIRO (AP) â€” In parallel trial sessions, Egyptian courts heard cases Sunday against ousted President Hosni Mubarak and top leaders of his archrival, the Muslim Brotherhood, related to killings during the 2011 and 2013 protest campaigns that led to their respective downfalls.

The court trying Brotherhood leader Mohammed Badie and five other members of the Islamist group postponed hearings until October 29. The defendants, two of whom are still in hiding and being tried in absentia, are accused in relation to clashes outside the Brotherhood’s Cairo headquarters on June 30 that left nine dead.

The four in detention were not present in the downtown Cairo courtroom for security reasons. They were arrested over the last month as part of a massive crackdown on the Brotherhood following the ouster of President Mohammed Morsi, who hails from the group, and related violence.

At another courtroom in eastern Cairo, Mubarak looked relaxed in dark sunglasses and a white jumpsuit in his first court appearance since he was released from prison last week and transferred to a military hospital. The 85-year-old ex-president, whose lawyer has claimed has been on the verge of death, sat in a wheelchair next to his two sons who are being tried in a separate corruption-related case.

Mubarak has been in detention since April 2011, two months after he was ousted in an uprising against his rule. He was found guilty and sentenced to life in prison last year for failing to stop the killing of some 900 protesters in the 18-day uprising, but his sentence was overturned on appeal. In April, his retrial opened along with those of his security chief and six top police commanders.

The six Brotherhood members, including Badie and his deputies Khairat el-Shater and Rashad Bayoumi, are charged with instigating the killings of nine protesters on June 30, when millions took to the streets demanding the ouster of Morsi.

The killings took place near the Brotherhood’s east Cairo headquarters, which was attacked by an allegedly anti-Morsi crowd. Dozens of Brotherhood members were trapped inside the building for hours and it was eventually set on fire. The group said the police encouraged “thugs” to attack the building while security officials at the time said that the group placed snipers atop the building.

The military toppled Morsi three days later, then launched a massive crackdown on the Islamist movement, arresting top leaders including el-Shater and Bayoumi, rounding up field organizers and shutting down Islamic TV networks.

On Aug. 14, riot police backed by armored vehicles and bulldozers moved to clear two sprawling encampments of Morsi’s supporters, sparking violence that left more than 1000 people dead across the country. The interim presidency declared a monthlong state of emergency. Badie and hundreds others were arrested in the aftermath.

The military-backed interim government meanwhile is pursuing a fast-tract transition plan that it says will return the country to democracy.

On Sunday, a 10-member panel of experts is due to hand a first draft of constitutional amendments to the interim presidency, a first step toward amending the charter drafted last year under Morsi, now suspended. A second panel of 50 members will work on the amendments before finalizing them and putting them for public vote.

Once the constitution is adopted, the plan envisions presidential and parliamentary elections held by early next year.
