The rights guaranteed by the constitution are being trampled on some more by the public who will not stand up yet and demand their return.

At the Sanger Oaks apartments and other apartment communities in Waco Texas, police officers are participating in a nazi-like ‘Crime Free Housing’ program, where they search apartments, check safety features to make their presence seem necessary, and trample people’s rights while carefully making it seem as if they are doing someone a service. It seems clear that everywhere in the US, the police, agencies of government, DHS, DOJ, DOD, CIA, all of those unnecessary gangs, will expand their powers more and more. It is getting way out of hand.

The constitution might as well be dead at this point, IF people keep being this lazy. The truth is, we will be left with no rights, and these people with badges will do whatever they wish. Those with badges who claim power given to them by the most intense criminals, the government, congress, the president. Of course, above them, the wealthiest people and the true rulers reign, and the politicians serve as an enforcement mechanism now, for the interests of the corporate elite, and other people who are arguably in control.

To really see the big picture, i am now talking about the entire situation Americans like me are in now, past this one instance of our right to privacy being trampled. Every communication we send is being recorded and analyzed. All of us are being treated like criminals, and the police state is going after people who use substances, don’t have ‘state licenses’, and do not commit ‘crimes’ with victims. Not only that, but they are going after peaceful people, with militarized force and equipment.

Make no mistake- they are at war with us. With the citizens, with peaceful people, with whoever gets in their way. And their way, is the path to dominating everything, robbing everyone of money through the federal reserve’s system of inflation and the taxes, destroying prosperity in any instance when it benefits them.

We are at war, and i know personally i will be stepping up my game to wake people up, and make everyone understand that we must stand up for our rights, or everything we have will be taken. That is the struggle of a human being. If we want our rights to be restored peacefully, we must wake people up to the truth. If we wait, the government is sure to turn this violent. I want peace, and the citizens want peace. We just want our humanity.

I know you have felt some pain or misfortune because of them. The reason you pay so much for the things you need to survive, the reason you are forced at gunpoint to pay property taxes, the reason we cannot just be at peace. This is our struggle, the citizens should unite and understand that now, we must work together. Wake people up, that is what you must do. Let everyone understand we have to refuse things like random apartment searches, inspections, checkpoints. Do you know what the gestapo were like in Nazi Germany? We are so very close to that level of tyranny.

  • The U.S. Army announced Tuesday that a sexual assault prevention officer at Fort Hood, Texas was under investigation for abusive sexual contact.

The unnamed Army sergeant first class had been assigned as an Equal Opportunity Advisor and Sexual Harassment/Assault Response and Prevention (SHARP) program, according to the Army. He was immediately suspended from his position once the allegations were made, but has not been charged yet.

The alleged incident or incidents involved pandering, abusive sexual contact, assault, and maltreatment. The potential crimes were being investigated by special agents from the U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Command.

The investigation came just a week after an Air Force sexual assault prevention officer was arrested for drunkenly assaulting a woman in a parking lot.

Pentagon spokesman George Little said Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel was upset and frustrated by the allegations. Hagel has vowed to reform the military judicial system to better address the staggeringly high rate of sexual assault. A recent Pentagon report found more than 70 sexual assaults are carried out against members of the U.S. military each day.

“To address the broader concerns that have arisen out of these allegations and other recent events, Secretary Hagel is directing all the services to re-train, re-credential, and re-screen all sexual assault prevention and response personnel and military recruiters,” Little said in a statement.

“Sexual assault is a crime and will be treated as such,” he added. “The safety, integrity, and well-being of every service member and the success of our mission hang in the balance. Secretary Hagel is looking urgently at every course of action to stamp out this deplorable conduct and ensure that those individuals up and down the chain of command who tolerate or engage in this behavior are appropriately held accountable.”

Marking Teen Dating Violence Awareness and Prevention Month

Today, I had the opportunity to speak at the 1 is 2 Many Teen Dating Violence Awareness and Prevention Month event at the White House. In attendance were family members of victims who were killed by teen dating violence, high school and college students, and a variety of organizations and school association representatives. The program featured speakers from the Departments of Education and Justice and ended with a group discussion with the students.

Ending violence against all women is a priority of this administration. And today’s reauthorization on the Violence Against Women Act will help further reduce teen dating violence. The author of the original legislation, Vice President Biden also dropped by to speak to the teens and families at the event.

Unfortunately, teen dating violence is still far too common. As many as one in 10 high school students nationwide have reported that they were intentionally physically hurt by their boyfriend or girlfriend, and still more experienced verbal or emotional abuse like shaming, intimidation, or threats. That’s why it was so important to hear from young people who are committed to stopping the violence. Their advocacy and action inspires us to fight to end teen dating violence

Addressing teen dating violence is critical in our broader efforts to empower young women. I chair the White House Council on Women and Girls, which President Obama created nearly four years ago. He gave the Council an important mission – to make sure that all federal agencies consider the needs of women and girls in every policy, every program and every piece of legislation.

Every corner of the federal government has responded to the President’s charge, and that includes our efforts to end violence against teens and young women.

We have focused on two goals: First, to improve our response to dating violence so that victims can get better help. And second, to make sure that the violence doesn’t happen in the first place.

When Vice President Biden announced the 1 is 2 Many campaign in 2011, he charged us with identifying concrete steps we could take to meet these goals. We created new ways to reach survivors through text messaging, online services, and mobile apps. We held regional forums around the country to engage men into the conversation about violence against women. And last summer, President Obama and Vice President Biden released a public service announcement featuring David Beckham, Jeremy Lin and other star athletes speaking out about dating violence.

We also recognized the importance of working with schools, because we knew that they could play a vital role in responding to violence, and helping survivors get connected with services. Research shows that when schools have policies in place to reduce violence, rates of teen dating violence and sexual harassment go down.

To help schools address teen violence, today, the Department of Education released a letter that provides schools with much-needed guidance and resources to respond to gender-based and teen dating violence. This is a big step forward, and happened in part because of the advocacy of family members whose daughters have died because of teen violence.

During his 1 is 2 Many announcement last year, Vice President Biden also challenged us to think about cultural change- how do we change the attitudes that allow violence to continue? He emphasized the importance of men acting as role models for young men. It was so encouraging to see young men speaking out against teen dating violence at our event.

As President Obama has said before, it will take more than government to get things done. It will take the efforts of everyone to end teen dating violence, and to create a better future for our young Americans.
